We cannot live forever, but at least, we can give our body helping hand. Everyone wants to live long. There are food that are called anti-ageing food that helps you to look younger than your age, look fresh that and healthy. At a point in everyone’s life, wrinkle formation appears around the mouth, eyes, hand and other parts of the body. You notice age spots are seen and one now look aged. With the help of certain foods, all these symptom of ageing can be reduced. The earlier you eat these anti-aging diets, the more you look younger. There are different anti–ageing creams and other beauty product that helps to reduce ageing process, but the best approach to reduce aging start from inside. Today, I will share with you foods that make you look younger. Most of these foods contain antioxidant and are called anti-ageing diet or anti-aging foods.

Avocados are high in vitamin E and folate content. They contain skin protective antioxidants. Avocado helps in skin cells regeneration. Eating avocados also have effect on your hair. It gives you a shiny hair with a glowing skin.


Watermelon

Water melon is now known for its strong anti-aging power. It keeps your skin hydrated, supple and glowing. It can be added to fruit salad or taken as juice. Avoid over processed juice, you can make the juice at home.

Blueberries

Generally, berries are good source of vitamin C and minerals for example potassium. It helps to fight against aging of the body. Blueberries help to regulate body fluid and prevent fluid retention.

Garlic

There are different health benefit of garlic.it slows down aging process. It is also a good antioxidant sources. They help in healing wounds and reduce inflammation. Oranges

Orange contains high water content.it is also a good source of vitamin C. it keeps your skin hydrated and supple. It also helps in the production of body collagen.


Oats

Oats belong to low glycemic food. Foods like pasta, rice and bread are high glycemic food that can cause wrinkles and acne. Oats prevent skin cells damage as they contain some natural chemical that enhances this effect.

Tomato also helps to reduce the risk of having cancer. Tomatoes are also known to treat blackheads, black spot and pimples when apply topically to face and skin. 


Orange Coloured Fruits

Orange coloured fruits like carrot, sweet potatoes and squash are rich in antioxidants. They also contain beta carotene essential in good sight. You can add carrot to your salad or eat it raw.

Fish

Fishes like salmon contains omega 3 which is healthy fat. Omega 3 reduces the growth of cancerous cell. Consume at least 3 ounce serving of fish in a week. You can also try lean meat.


Green Tea

Green tea is common among the Japanese. They use it to combat aging process. It contains antioxidants that help to extends life span. Take a cup of green tea daily hot or cold. Green tea has also being found useful in weight loss

Reduce your exposure to hot sun. Use sunscreen when you have to go out under such sun
Involve yourself in regular exercise.
Have a good sleep.
